What to do if you received a wrong itemUpdated a month ago
Report the issue via Customer Service Page with a photo of the item received and the missing item(s). Check for any notes or packing slips indicating separate shipment.
- EU countries: We handle replacement or refund.
- UK and Switzerland: You’ll receive a return address and RMA number; you must arrange and pay for shipping yourself.
