How do I ship the package back?Updated a month ago

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive either a prepaid label or return address + RMA number, depending on your location.

If you received a prepaid FedEx label:

1. Pack the items in the original box or suitable alternative
2. Print and attach the FedEx label
3. Drop off at a FedEx location or schedule a pickup
4. Keep your receipt and tracking information

If you’re shipping yourself (UK):

1. Use the return address and RMA number we provide
2. Send with a reliable courier (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD)
3. Email us the tracking number and receipt if we’re reimbursing your shipping

Important: Tracking is essential. Always include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
